Course Description 

Our behaviour is a major factor in keeping us safe in our day to day lives. The decisions we make are based on our behaviour, and bad behaviour will often lead to bad decisions followed by bad consequences. 

In the workplace, you may have the best health and safety processes set up, but if behavioural choices stop people from following them it will make little difference to the business's overall health and safety.
