Course Description
Electricity is everywhere, as it is a convenient and efficient power source which can be used to power almost every appliance, at both home and work. But, there are many hazards involved with electricity, and if used without proper precautions, it can cause severe injuries and even death.
In this course we will take a look at some of the legislation regarding working safely with electricity, the hazards of electricity and the injuries it can cause. We’ll also learn about some of the safety precautions that can be taken and how performing risk assessments can reduce the likelihood of the these hazards occurring.
